Bruno is an AI apartment concierge for New York City, operated by A&C Nightlife Vending LLC. Bruno sends text messages to help renters find apartments and tour them, and to send licensed real estate agents tour requests for their listings.
What messages you'll get
- Renters: replies to your messages, apartment matches, tour scheduling, tour confirmations and reminders, and follow-ups after a tour (for example, asking how it went or whether you signed a lease).
- Agents: tour requests for your listings, tour confirmations and reminders, messages relayed from renters, updates about your listings, and login codes for the agent website.
How you opt in
- Renters opt in by sending a text message to Bruno's number. Bruno's first reply confirms the program and explains how to get help and how to opt out.
- Agents opt in by checking the separate text message consent box when they sign up on Bruno's agent website. The box is not checked by default.

Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your activity, for example how many apartments match your search and how many tours you schedule. Message and data rates may apply.
Help and opting out
Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT. After you opt out, we'll send one message confirming it, and then no more messages. Reply START to opt back in.

- Bruno follows fair housing laws and does not use protected characteristics in matching.
